Maintenance Technician at Toyota Material Handling

Are you a technically skilled problem solver who is passionate about keeping machines in top condition? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team at a leading company in material handling? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Production Maintenance department at Toyota Material Handling in Mjölby. Production maintenance plays a crucial role in ensuring that our machines operate optimally. If this sounds exciting to you, perhaps you are our new colleague.

As a Maintenance Technician at Toyota, you will work with:

  • Performing corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance on our modern machinery.
  • Mechanical maintenance and repairs, with a particular focus on our automatic painting facilities.
  • Troubleshooting and addressing issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to optimize maintenance processes and improve machine performance.

Our machinery includes welding robots, CNC machines, laser machines, press brakes, and assembly lines, but your main focus will be on our painting facilities. Working hours are during the day, and you will be part of a team of 30 skilled employees.

For the position of Maintenance Technician, we are looking for someone who:

  • Has a technical education or equivalent experience as a mechanic.
  • Possesses mechanical skills and experience in maintenance and repair work.
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B).

We are looking for someone who is a self-driven problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to take initiative. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, and you have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Your ability to treat colleagues and customers with respect and a service-oriented mindset is crucial for success in this role.

It is also beneficial if you have:

  • Experience working with conveyor systems, for example from Schierholz, Caldan, or Hjort Conveyor.
